Community Aid for Humanitarian Organization (CAHO) is a South Sudanese National Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) established on 30 August 2017 and registered with the Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC) under registration number 1013. CAHO is non-partisan, non-religious, non-racial, non-profit, and non-political.
VISION
To save vulnerable lives in war-affected communities and empower them through humanitarian and development services.
MISSION
To provide development and humanitarian services to communities affected by conflict in South Sudan, improving health, livelihoods, protection, and resilience through practical community-based interventions.
GOAL
To improve community health and wellbeing through sustainable quality healthcare, nutrition, livelihood, protection, education, and development services.

Name: Joseph Faustino Musari
Position: Agriculture Officer
Joseph Faustino Musari serves as the Agriculture Officer at Community Aid for Humanitarian Organization (CAHO), where he leads initiatives aimed at improving food security, sustainable agriculture, environmental conservation, and resilient livelihoods for vulnerable communities in South Sudan.
With a strong commitment to community development, Joseph Faustino works closely with farmers, producer groups, and local authorities to promote climate-smart agricultural practices, improve crop production, and strengthen household resilience. His responsibilities include planning and implementing agricultural activities, providing technical support and farmer training, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that interventions are responsive to community needs.
Joseph is passionate about empowering smallholder farmers through practical skills, improved farming techniques, access to agricultural inputs, and environmentally sustainable practices. He also supports livelihood programs that help families increase food production, generate income, and build resilience against climate change and other shocks.
As part of CAHO's multidisciplinary team, Joseph collaborates with partners, government institutions, and community leaders to deliver high-quality agricultural, livelihood, and environmental conservation interventions that contribute to sustainable development and improved well-being for communities across South Sudan.
